Delete your Ammamma data
In the app (the quickest way)
- Open Ammamma and tap the settings button at the top of the home screen (About you).
- Scroll down and tap Privacy & your data.
- Tap Delete my data and confirm.

What is deleted
- On your phone: your profile, photo, family list, messages, recordings, reminders and settings.
- On our servers, at once: your phone's registration, any messages waiting for you, and your push token.
- Your family is told that you left. They keep the messages you already sent them, on their own phones.
What we keep, and for how long
Technical logs (device identifier, time, which service, result) are kept for 180 days for security and to meet Indian law, then deleted. They contain no messages, names or recordings. Recordings sent for translation were already deleted when each translation was made.
If you no longer have the app
Write to privacy@counselgrid.com from your email address and tell us roughly when you last used Ammamma. Because the app has no accounts, we will ask for details that let us find your phone's registration. We reply within one month. Uninstalling the app deletes everything that was on your phone.
